Material safety document: PrimeOne Polymers PSX-1021 MF HT UV NAT, item 12944. The supplier SDS lists polyethylene, mineral, and proprietary additives.
About these documents: Material Safety Data Sheets cover material safety and handling. They do not establish finished-support load ratings, support spacing, torque requirements, roof compatibility, or adhesive approvals.
Roof Compatibility & Attachment
The project roofing contractor is responsible for selecting and verifying all roof-contact materials and attachment methods. Before installation, the roofer must identify the roof system and obtain written acceptance from the roofing-system manufacturer and, where applicable, the adhesive manufacturer for the proposed materials and method.
This includes adhesives, cleaners, primers, separator or protection pads, and compatibility with both the roof membrane and the PTW base material. Follow the applicable manufacturers’ requirements for surface preparation, application, coverage, working and cure times, temperature, weather, and inspection. The roofer must confirm roof condition, bearing and protection requirements, and preservation of the roof warranty.
PTW installation demonstrations illustrate assembly and placement. They do not constitute roof-system approval, an adhesive recommendation, a roof-warranty guarantee, or a wind/uplift rating. Do not proceed where compatibility or required approvals have not been established. Project-specific loading, spacing, movement, and restraint requirements must be determined by the responsible design professional.
Contractor Planning & Installation
Use these forms to organize your project from product selection and purchasing through roofing review, installation, and final acceptance. Download and save each fillable PDF before completing it, or print it for field use.
1. Prepare the Order
Record field dimensions, the proposed configuration, component quantities, and delivery needs. Attach the support layout and required design information. Obtain project approval before ordering.
2. Document Roofing Approvals
The roofing contractor identifies the roof system, selects compatible roof-contact materials, and records manufacturer acceptance, preparation, application, cure, and warranty requirements. Resolve open items before applying adhesive.
3. Inspect & Complete
Check delivered parts and installation readiness, inspect against approved requirements, and record photos, exceptions, and corrective actions. Submit the completed records to the designated project authority for final acceptance.

Base Installation on PVC Membrane
Demonstration of base placement and attachment on a PVC membrane roof. The roofing contractor must select compatible materials and obtain manufacturer acceptance for the specific roof and PTW base. Follow approved preparation, application, and cure requirements; this video does not establish adhesive approval or uplift capacity.
Clip & Track Installation
This video demonstrates PTW clip and track installation using a base made by another manufacturer. The base shown is not a PTW product. Confirm compatibility of the specific base, clips, track, and hardware before installation. The demonstration does not establish load ratings, support spacing, torque values, or engineered restraint requirements.
